Phentermine is sold is tablets and extended-release capsules. This medicine is usually taken as a single dose in the morning or three times a day. If you have been recommended to take phentermine three times a day, you will most probably be required to use it about 30 minutes before a meal. Make sure you always take phentermine exactly as recommended and always tell your health care provider about any serious side effects you develop such as restlessness, increased blood pressure, insomnia, chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, tremor, heart palpitations, and dizziness. Although you are unlikely to develop any of the abovementioned side effects, you still need to know about the possibility of getting them. Mild side effects are a lot more probably at the beginning of your treatment and can include dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, and unpleasant taste.
